 How do I claim a lottery prize?
Lottery winners of prizes of $600 or less can be collected at any Lottery retailer. If your prize is more than that you are required to fill out a claim form (can be filed with any retailer or mailed to the Illinois Lottery in Springfield).

 Who all is eligible to play the Lottery?
You must be at-least 18 years old in order to play the Lottery.
 
 How can I get drawing results?
Drawing results can be obtained on this website by clicking here. The results of the most recent drawings appear on the home page. You can also get results from previous drawings here.

Results can also be obtained from any Illinois Lottery retailer.
 
 Can Lottery tickets be purchased in advanced?
Yes we have advanced play for up to 15 consecutive drawings on Powerball, Lotto, Mega Millions and Little Lotto Lottery games. Advance play for up to seven days can be played with Pick 3 and Pick 4 Games.
 
 What is the Quick Pick?
Quick Pick is an easy way for you to choose numbers. With Quick Pick the computer will randomly draw your numbers for you. Just tell your lottery retailer you'd like a Quick Pick Ticket or mark Quick Pick on your ticket.
 
 How much taxes are taken out of of a prize?
25% in Federal tax is withheld from prize amounts that are over $5,000, and 3% Illinois State tax is withheld from prize amounts over $1,000. The actual tax liabilities may be more or less than these depending on how you have filed.
 
 How long are winning tickets valid?
You have 1 year from the drawing date to claim a Pick3/Pick4, Little Lotto, Lotto, Powerball or Mega Millions prize.
